Etching from an ongoing project

I’ve been working on a series of etchings illustrating an original story off and on for a few months now. This is one from that series.

Sugar lift aquatint, spit bite, and hard ground on a 9 x 12 copper plate. (Image got a little distorted in scanning and piecing it together, but I don’t know how to fix that.)
